As a licensed mental health therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in practical tools that can be carried into everyday life.
Outside of sessions, I love journaling, walking in nature, and spending time with my family. I believe self-care, curiosity, and connection are essential for mental wellness — and they inspire the work I do every day.
